£32,000 – £35,000 + Callout (Average 15 call outs at £50 per call out)

Day to Day:

• Property maintenance
• The Maintenance will include aspects of the following skills:
• Plumbing

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

• Experience within Property Maintenance
• Customer service skills
