Driver Labourer

Barking and Dagenham

Up to £25,000 per annum

Hours- 08:00 – 16:00

Social housing providing managing 500 plus residential properties in Dagenham.

Day to Day:

• Undertake repairs and maintenance works to properties
• Hinges, locks, general Handyman tasks
• Undertake pest proofing, mould washes, void and communal bulk waste clearance works in accordance

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications) of a Handyman:

• Experience in residential properties
• Driving License 
• Good social skills
• Good customer service
• Asbestos awareness certificate
• DBS check
• Drivers Licenses
• Qualifications desired
