The Role:

We’re seeking an experienced waiter with assistant manager potential — someone who thrives in a lively, social setting, delivers impeccable service and naturally brings warmth to every guest interaction. You’ll play a key role in the daily running of the venue, supporting the team and ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

      •     Provide friendly, professional and engaging service to all guests.

      •     Support management with daily operations — opening/closing, cash handling, staff coordination and smooth service flow.

      •     Confidently manage orders, table service and drinks where needed.

      •     Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation.

      •     Assist with stock checks, deliveries and general floor management.

      •     Lead by example — setting the tone for positive, attentive hospitality.

      •     Step into managerial responsibilities when required, ensuring consistent quality and service.

About You:

      •     Minimum 3 years’ experience in a restaurant or bar environment.

      •     Bubbly, polite and naturally engaging personality.

      •     Well-presented and professional in both appearance and attitude.

      •     Confident under pressure with strong communication skills.

      •     A genuine passion for great food, wine and customer experience.

      •     Proactive and hands-on — someone who takes pride in doing things properly.
