Electrical Maintenance – Social Housing
Location: North/East London

We are currently working in partnership with a leading contractor specialising in electrical works within social housing. They are seeking an experienced Electrical Tester to join their team, covering North/East London.

This role involves carrying out all aspects of electrical testing across both occupied and void properties, including completion of inspections, testing, and associated C1 & C2 remedial works and fault finding.

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical testing and inspection within social housing properties
• Completion of EICRs
• Carrying out C1 & C2 remedial works
• Fault finding and minor electrical repairs
• Working in both occupied and void properties

Essential Qualifications

• City & Guilds 236 Part 1 & 2 (or NVQ Level 3 equivalent)
• 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
• 2391 / 2394 / 2395 Inspection & Testing
• AM2
• JIB/Gold card (Not mandatory)
