Property Services – Repairs & Maintenance Contractor

Up to £95,000 Plus Package & Benefits

Our client, an reputable construction contractor who operate nationally, are currently looking for an experienced Divisional Manager to head up several new R&M contracts in their property services division.

The business has enjoyed continued growth over the past few years and they are now looking to add to their senior management team. You would be responsible for 3-5 contracts that would deliver day to day repairs, void, disrepair and minor works projects.

With a number of direct reports, you would be responsible for building strong client relationships/partnerships, managing P&L across contracts, budgeting & forecasting (with commercial assistance), healthy and safety and overall delivery of the programmes to specification.

On a day to day basis, responsibilities will include;

Management of multiple direct labour teams and a team of 4 x Contract Managers

Lead the team and ensure works are completed to a high standard

Pre & post inspections of works

Attending progress meetings

Full operational and commercial responsibility

Ensure all relevant RAMS are in place prior to works for both direct & sub contract works

Responsible for P&L on contracts

Performance reviews & reports

Program works (MS Projects) when required
