Day to Day:

• Property maintenance
• Inspecting and testing 
• Fault Finding 
• Minor repairs 

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

• Clean DBS
• Experience within Property Maintenance
• Customer service skills
• 18th Edition 
• 2391
