East London-  E1- Whitechapel, stepney, mile end   E14- canary wharf E8 – hackney  E5-clapton   E2 – Bethnal green  E9 -homerton   E10 – leyton  E1W- wapping , tower hamlets – x1 MTO with carpentry bias

Van and fuel card supplied

Must have references

£24.54 per hour

Temp for 4 months at least

The Maintenance will include aspects of the following skills:

–             Carpentry- Kitchen Fitting

–             Plumbing- Bathroom fitting

–             Plastering

–             Painting

–             Tiling

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications) of a Multi Trade

–             Experience in residential properties

–             Good social skills

–             Good customer service

–             Asbestos awareness certificate

–             DBS check

–             Drivers Licenses

–             Qualifications desired but not essential
