We are working Housing Association who are looking for Plumber Multi Trader’s based around Romford/Havering/Dagenham.

The Maintenance will include aspects of the following skills:

• Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Plastering
• Painting
• Tiling

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

• NVQ or city and Guilds Level 2 Plumber 
• Unvented is desirable
• Clean DBS
• Experience within Property Maintenance
• Customer service skills
