Facilities Manager – South Woodford
Full-Time | Permanent

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to join our team in South Woodford. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in keeping a site running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our building and facilities operations, ensuring our workspace remains safe, well-maintained, and fully compliant. You’ll oversee contractors, manage maintenance schedules, and be the first point of contact for all facilities-related queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across the site

• Manage and coordinate external contractors and service providers

• Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies

• Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments

• Manage facilities budgets, procurement, and service contracts

• Support office moves, refurbishments, and space planning

• Respond to facilities issues promptly and effectively

About You

• Proven experience in a similar Facilities Management role

• Strong understanding of H&S legislation and compliance

• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

• Confident liaising with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Professional, approachable, and reliable
