Voids Administrator / Coordinator

Location: Kingston Upon Thames

Rate: Up to £16-£18 per hour

Contract: Temporary (3-6 Months)

We are currently working with a well-established contractor who is looking to recruit a Voids Administrator / Coordinator to join their busy team based in Kingston Upon Thames.

This is a fast-paced role, ideal for someone with previous experience within social housing, property services, or construction administration. You will be responsible for coordinating void property works, supporting operational teams, and ensuring properties are turned around efficiently to meet client timescales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and administering void property works from instruction through to completion.
  • Raising work orders and updating internal systems.
  • Liaising with operatives, supervisors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure works progress efficiently.
  • Scheduling appointments and monitoring the status of void properties.
  • Maintaining accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Tracking outstanding works and ensuring deadlines and KPIs are achieved.
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and queries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting the wider operational and administrative teams with day-to-day tasks.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a Voids Administrator, Coordinator, Planner, Scheduler, or similar administration role.
  • Experience within social housing, property services, repairs, or construction is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and internal scheduling systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
