Site Manager – Kent 

Internal Planned Maintenance- Social Housing 

Up to £230 per day (Temporary contract) 

Our Client, a construction contractor are currently looking for a Site Manager to join their planned works division. This is an ongoing project, working on scattered properties in Orpington and the surrounding areas. 

On a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties:

Completing pre-condition surveys 

Manage delivery of works to specification

Have several direct reports to manage including RLO’s and office staff

Pre & post inspections of works

Health & safety & quality checks

My client are looking for someone with strong communication and IT skills and a proven track record completing pre-Condition surveys. A valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness are required.

This is a temporary position which will offer development for the successful candidate.
