We are currently looking for a Multi Trader to work on void properties across the Oxford area, carrying out a range of repairs and maintenance works to bring properties back up to a high standard ready for re-let.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, skilled Multi Trader looking for ongoing work, strong rates and regular hours, with materials delivered directly to site.

The Role:

• Carry out general repairs and maintenance across void properties
• Complete a range of multi trade works including carpentry, basic plumbing, plastering, tiling and decorating
• Carry out making good and remedial works
• Repair or replace fixtures, fittings and damaged materials where required
• Identify additional works and report any issues requiring attention
• Work efficiently through properties to ensure they are ready for re-let
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and leave properties clean and tidy
• Manage your own workload and complete works within agreed timescales
• Materials supplied and delivered directly to site

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong all-round Multi Trader with a property maintenance background
• Previous social housing experience would be highly desirable
• Void property experience would be advantageous
• Confident working across multiple trades
• Able to work independently without constant supervision
• Good eye for detail and pride in your workmanship
• Reliable, professional and able to work to deadlines
• Ideally based in Oxford or the surrounding areas

Requirements:

• Own van required – a suitable estate car may be considered
• Own basic tools
• Previous property maintenance, repairs or construction experience
• Right to work in the UK
• Able to work Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:30
