We are recruiting for an experienced Void Multi Trader to carry out refurbishment and maintenance works on void social housing properties across Oxfordshire.

You will be working on a variety of trades to bring properties up to a re-letting standard as part of ongoing maintenance contracts.

Duties

• General repairs and maintenance on void properties
• Carpentry, basic plumbing, patch plastering, decorating
• Making properties ready for re-let standards
• Working across multiple properties daily
• Completing works efficiently and to a high standard

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Multi Trader (voids/social housing preferred)
• Competent across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, decorating, etc.)
• Own tools required
• Own van essential
• Ability to work independently and manage workload
